What do you think about these adorable Halloween Paper Rosettes??? They turned out cuter than I had imagined.
Got scraps? I had many long pieces left over from the Echo Park I Love Halloween Collection, so I used them up to create these. Takes (2) pieces of 1-1/4" x 12" to make a 2" rosette.
